For designer Leah Finn, it was an 1800s French pharmacy cabinet discovered at More Than Antiques in Northgate Field.
Today, the piece lives in her mudroom, filled with collected china and serving as proof that sometimes the find you weren’t looking for becomes the one you can’t imagine your home without.
“I found this incredible 1800s French pharmacy cabinet from More Than Antiques at the back of the Northgate fields. It was more than I’ve ever paid for a piece of furniture. But I saw it and immediately fell in love with it and knew it would be perfect in our mudroom. It takes people’s breath away when they see it. Worth. EVERY. Penny.”
